“Call to the Meeting”

This year’s Annual Meeting of the Membership is scheduled for Sunday, April 27th at 12:30 pm in the Community Room at Pine Valley Plantation (entrance around back). We’re looking forward to seeing old friends and greeting many of the new Members who have joined during the past year.

This is a great opportunity to meet other Members while we review the accomplishments of the past year and enthuse about some of our plans for the coming year. We will also be presenting some changes to the Association’s by-laws and need your vote to incorporate them. You will also be voting on the new slate of candidates for the Board.

As has been the tradition, the afternoon will start off with a potluck luncheon at 12:30 p.m. Please bring a casserole, salad or dessert item. Drinks will be provided. If you can’t make it for the luncheon, I hope you will be able to attend the business part of the Annual Meeting which should start around 1:30 p.m. If you are a new Member, please come and learn more about the Association and meet people who share your interest. If you have been a Member, come help us welcome the “newbies,” participate in these important business items and re-connect with us!
